Kubernetes cluster in brief

Kubernetes cluster

Kubernetes cluster It is a cluster of node machines to run applications for containers, and as we talked about in a previous topic about the cluster, any cluster contains at least one control plane and one or more computing machines or nodes, and the role of the control panel here is to maintain the desired state of the cluster.

Cluster is the most important advantage of Kubernetes as it has the ability to schedule containers and run them through physical or virtual devices from work sites directly or through the cloud. and It is stripped through the cluster.

What is Kubernetes

Is an open-source, scalable, mobile platform that manages workloads and services that run in containers, is useful for automation and declarative configuration, Kubernetes is a large, fast-growing system, and the services, support, and tools are widely available.

How the Kubernetes cluster works

It has the desired status that shows you the applications that are running as well as the workloads to be run, in addition to the images used, as well as which resources to be available and other configuration details.

The desired state can be known through configuration files that contain data that gives notification of the application to run and the number of replicas that it wants to run to create an ideal and sound integrated system.

The desired state of the cluster is defined through the Kubernetes API, and the role of it is to automatically manage the cluster to reach the state of the cluster to the desired state, for example, if the desired state of copies is equal to 5, and it appeared to Kubernetes that there are only 3 copies running, this means that two containers are disabled, It is now the turn of Kubernetes to add two copies to reach the desired state of the cluster.

It is also used to manage cluster gauges and automatically operate according to workloads.
