Google Cloud Managed Services

What are managed services?

Managed services It is outsourcing that has the ability to manage and maintain operations and functions to improve their performance and reduce costs, and instead of hiring a specialist in reality, the cloud service provided by the service provider can be used for the customer’s need, and then an invoice is issued only for the work that has been done.

Under this subscription model, the customer or customer is the entity that owns or directly supervises the managed organization or system while the managed services provider (MSP) is the service provider that provides the managed services. The customer and MSP are bound by a service level contractual agreement that sets out measures of performance and quality in their relationship.
